We hold and process personal data relating to individual customers and employees, to facilitate customer contracts and staff employment agreements. Our Customers' financial data such as bank account details and credit/debit card information are not recorded other than during processing. Such financial data is securely destroyed after processing.

Our policy is to retain personal data only for so long as it may be required to provide customers with support (product recalls for example) or where we believe we are required to retain data for legal purposes. We will only transfer data to other organisations in accordance with our registration and for the purposes indicated in this policy.

During processing your data may be transmitted electronically from eBay, PayPal or the Safety Shack Website to our suppliers? computers and to enable us to fulfill the contract of sale. We are not responsible for the use of any personal data provided to PayPal and we do not see your financial data when you use these payment processing organisations.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store.
